Apr 2026 – Jun 2026- Design System: Delivered a production-ready design system from scratch: 18 component sets, 149 component variants, dual brand identity (Principotes day / La Guerre night), token-based Day/Night mode switching with zero manual overrides.
- Web Design: Produced 30 high-fidelity frames across 13 pages at 1440px desktop and 390px mobile, covering both brand modes end to end.
- Frontend Implementation: Bridged design and development using Claude Code to write and fix component-level code directly, ensuring pixel-level fidelity without a traditional handoff gap.
- Brand Identity: Designed full visual identity from blank brief: logotype, 3D animated hero, print collateral, and luxury market positioning — completed in under 6 weeks.
- E-commerce Roadmap: Scoped post-launch e-commerce system including POS (Syrve), CRM (SevenRooms), and payment processor (Adyen) integration.
