Are We Really Okay? explores the relationship between demographic and lifestyle factors and mental health symptoms among university students. Using a dataset from a Malaysian student mental health survey, the study investigates how age, gender, degree level, financial stress, sleep quality, and academic engagement influence depression, anxiety, and other indicators.

Through data visualization, the project surfaces patterns and correlations that help universities and policymakers understand student well-being and build targeted support. Key visualizations include correlation heatmaps, box plots, scatter plots, and stacked bar charts.
